Billing
By placing a credit card on file, you allow us to charge your account when a specimen is received at our laboratory, sent by/from your clinic, practice, or business. Please see our Information Packet for test panels and pricing, or contact us if you do not have one.
We do not charge your account unless a specimen is sent in for processing, at which time we will charge you the respective price for the test panel ordered. Once a specimen is received at our laboratory, you are responsible for the corresponding charge. We cannot issue refunds or credits due to the nature of our services, and once laboratory services have been performed all sales are final.
You may cancel a test for a specimen sent in but prior to us receiving it, by contacting us by phone, however a shipping and cancellation fee will be assessed and charged to your account since we cover the shipping cost of specimens to our laboratory.
If we deem a specimen to be invalid, which can occur for a number of reasons, we will reject the specimen. If all instructions were followed, and the rejection of the specimen is not due to an error on your part, there will be no charge to you for the rejected specimen. However if instructions are not followed properly and this leads to an invalid and rejected specimen, a shipping and rejection fee will be assessed and charged to your account since we cover the shipping cost of specimens to our laboratory.
Free of charge, we will provide you with the necessary "Test Kits" for specimen collection, including return shipping to our laboratory. We also provide, free of charge, certain educational and marketing materials regarding our Food Sensitivity Test and Laboratory Services for your business.
Test Results are sent electronically via HIPAA-compliant methods to your office, free of charge. Hard copies of test results can be requested, for an additional minimal charge to cover Postage, determined at the time of mailing.
If we are unable to collect payment for outstanding services, your account may be put on hold until the balance is cleared. Biotrinetix reserves the right to discontinue specimen processing for accounts on hold.
This agreement can be cancelled by either party at any time, as long as the client account is in good standing, and there are no balances or payments due.
